im late for everything when i use this
I live downtown & don’t own a car and use this frequently & the amount of times the app glitches or drivers have left me cause they say they have arrived before they have is almost half the time

Suggestion
Great app and service, it would be cool if this could come up in Google Maps as a method of transportation or if it integrated the Houston Metro System so I know what time the bus or train is arriving.
Great if you aren’t in a hurry
Skip this service if you have a deadline. The ETAs are inaccurate, drivers are kinda flaky without accountability, and might drop you without notice. Otherwise, it’s a good choice.
The best service ever
Nick happens to be my favorite driver because he’s always happy go lucky they always give you a courtesy call. This is a phenomenal inexpensive service. I just love circuit. I would add that a lot of times the doors don’t open so there needs to be some upgrades on these things, but I love them

Ride Circuit is the absolute best in DTSD! The drivers are super friendly and the service is lightning fast.

This is a wonderful Safe where are you to get down town for dinner without having to look for a parking place.

Super easy to use and the wait time is surprisingly short. The only drawback for me is the fact that the app doesn’t show you how close the nearest driver is before you request a ride.
Impressive
We are vacationing here from Michigan and discovered the Ride Circuit on our second day… It is definitely been the highlight of our trip being able to come and go to all the different restaurants and shopping in Fort Lauderdale in clean convenient vehicles, every driver we encountered, was polite and friendly 😊. The service is free which was an added bonus. We use the savings to give the drivers extra good tips!
Wonderful service
Very impressive service offered to all the visitors
Never got to use it
Attempted to use this so many times but not once was I able to get a ride. ETA is usually 20+ minutes, that keeps climbing up instead of down. This morning it said 24 minutes. Took 35+ until I finally canceled. Tried again in the afternoon and said “the service is really busy try again soon”
