Some drivers are not good people and will take you more than kilometer price when they see you are a foreigner. Sometimes they insult you,

Drivers are not going everywhere. And When they saw a foreigner they change price. And your company call they say different price from application same like driver.and no solution. When l said that l want to talk to your manager they say sory just.

Arrived on time and made the trip easy, knows the location well

The default home screen is not that of a ride share app. You should be one click away from entering your destination instead of clicking on "order ride" then entering destination. Order ride is a button that should only be shown once all the ride details have been entered not as a gateway to hail a ride.

I have sad ride service on multiple occasions, this driver stood out. Most other drivers maliciously drive so slow just to make extra money. This driver was quick and did not do unethical and questionable tendencies of others drivers. Thank you sir and keep the great integrity.

Yesterday, I placed an order for food using a ride app and upon delivery, I realized that only one item had been delivered instead of the full order. Despite reaching out to their customer service center multiple times, I was informed that I would receive a call back, but unfortunately, no one followed up on the matter. I am disappointed by the lack of effective communication and resolution from their end.

Waiting time is short and the drivers are knowledgeable.
