Just received my firefly’s and there is now a lot going on between helmet lights those and group riding. But the app is easy to use and well built.

Error while updating the new firmversion. Do not update and download the new Ukraine animation. How is possible that this cannot be resolved by restarting the while thing? App, helmet. Horrible, FIX IT!

I’m so chuffed with this helmet, tons of lighting configurations, regular updates, good strong and stylishly designed bike helmet, I was sure how others on the road would take it to be honest, thought I might have quite literally put a right bright target on me head for those moronic road users out there to aim for but nope... EVERYONE LOVES IT... my best ever bike accessory investment for years this is I love it

If you have problems getting hand gestures to work just get in touch with there support. I have found open palm and then shaking the watch and turning the palm deactivates the turn signals as I could not get them to work. After three years they now work. What separates this company like the good ones is the support you get. And I would go as far as saying even with out the hand gestures which I had trouble with it was worth every penny as the LED’s are super bright and improve road users visibility immensely. As a cycle courier for the new food delivery platforms it is a life saver. I have the kick start and it looks very stylish, a very well made and designed product light years ahead. I can not praise it enough. Cheers to Kwang for sorting the hand gesture issue I was having

Used the app to customize animations and brightness. Wish there were more animations!

I am constantly having to re-pair my helmet with the app, it’s beyond frustrating when you have to do that just to check battery life. Instead, I just find myself constantly charging the helmet just in case.

There is no related instruction pages for the updated app. All the illustrations show the previous version. The indicators on my helmet no longer work and the font size on the app is so small I cannot tell what to what the individual buttons refer. Not a good launch!

Me too since uploading latest update the remote indicator has stopped working.
