It’s gotten better
Using the app and adding funds is so simple and intuitive, I love how it now allows you to use Apple Pay to add funds, it still signs you out sometimes randomly so make sure you have your account password in your iCloud Keychain

Thank you for creating an app for this company however please make some updates!!! Such as Face ID is needed!!! Also the app kicks you out to often and when you are in a rush to catch a bus the couple of mins to sign back in is to long! Apple Pay is also a must instead of putting in a credit card.
I would give this zero stars if that was an option - the app interface is complete garbage and looks like it was developed in the early 2000s. It's not intuitive at all and the app sometimes freezes when trying to open your pass to scan to get on the bus which leaves you standing on the side of the road trying to get it to work while the bus driver is waiting. You had how long to develop a functional and attractive app and this was the best that you could do???
Does the agency really think so low of their riders that along with providing garbage service, they can’t manage to outsource a functional and appealing app? Shameful and Insulting
Can't add funds, can't change arrival time, only given a few bus times. And we have to use this app in 8 days?
Can’t use this at all. Bad design, no functionality, hard to navigate the app. Map broken feature is totally broken, do not recommend this. Get a prepaid card at the transit center
