Driver was a no-show, they double charged me. They then only refunded me once hoping I didn’t notice. They slipped the rest of the refund back without so much as an apology for their crap customer service. Then I used Uber and not only did they charge me correctly, a cute guy in a Lexus showed up within FIVE MINUTES. I’d say that speaks for itself. Don’t download this app.

I’ve been using RideCo regularly for about 9 months and can highly recommend them as an alternative to other well known ride service companies. Never late, always on time, friendly professional drivers and RideCo leaves you with a dime in your pocket compare to their competitors.

This is ridiculous. I’m not able to remove my friend’s credit card details from my ride co account which is not acceptable. Please help

Great service, though it used to be cheaper.

No phone number to call to voice any complaint or call to ask anything for Only option is to email and they take days to email you back. They will side with any customers, and will only side with their drivers. The drivers will constantly "reroute" meaning cancel their selection of choosing your ride making someone else select you... this then makes your pickup take a lot longer and WILL make you late for wherever you are going. Why do they do this??? Well if your drive is not a long one and they won't get a lot of money for it they will cancel YOUR ride to select a ride that WILL give them more money! They will manipulate the system to show they picked you up and dropped you off when they have not, and when you complain they company will stand by the drivers who WILL lie. Do yourself a favour and don't use this BEWARE THAT THE DRIVERS OF RIDECO ARE ALSO DRIVERS OF UBER
