I download this app, i want to get a scooter, full bar internet connection, it tells me i lack internet and i have never had a problem with connection before, it then asks me to deposit 5 euros into my wallet before stealing them and not giving me a ride. Comeplete scam i would rather walk. Disgusted

Bike was charging to get and expensive

Why make it simple and pay as you go when you can make it harder. I don't want to prepay to a wallet just to buy one ride.

Appears cheap, charges you for ‘improper parking/ photos of parking’. Avoid

The app constantly glitches, struggles to tell you where you can and cannot park. While finding a spot it continues to charge you. On top of that they charge €5 whenever they feel like it, even though you can’t lock the vehicle if it’s in the wrong zone. Absolute scam

The bike was faulty. App said it was charged but did not work.

please tell me why our account has been charged 110 Australian dollars although my cost at the end of the journey equals 12.36 Euros?????

I unlocked one bike and tried to find another one for my partner, all bikes around that were shown on the app were broken, under maintenance, etc. so wasted my time and money. Then tried to lock the first bike and it kept failing even when it was parked in the right spot. Ended up taking photo, wasting 7 euros and not even using it.

Walked around Florence for 40 minutes to where the App keep telling me Where the bikes and scooters where. I the. Scanned them and kept telling me the bike is not where it should be parked and then the was nothing else you could do. DONT RELY ON THEM you will get stuck without a ride. The App is very sketchy as well.
