Not reliable. App is out of order too often
It could be good if it works. Fix the bugs! There are 3 times in a row when app is not responding with message “service is unavailable“ no matter how many times I reload the app. As a result I take a taxi.

App is down
App is down at 5 am, when I needed to go to the airport, support works since 8 am. When the app works there are no cars around without walking 30-40 min most of the time I want to use carsharing. So the service is not available:/

Buggy, broke and reinstalled. Still useful
I’ve been using this actively for weeks waiting for my car to get back from the garage. First the bad, this is not polished or robust software. Have had cars I reserved disappear from the map (good luck finding that). It became so common, I started taking screen grabs when reserving to actually find them. Also, after active use the app just decided to break with an error code “bad gateway”. Good luck making your Monday morning meeting when taxis are busy and public transport does not exist. Delete and reinstall seems to work. Have worked with software for 25 years and this just smells of rushed, underfunded and tested development. Which is not cool - people depend on a mobility solution. The good. Customer support was quick to solve issues when someone left a car I had booked on a paid parking lot. Secondly, pricing is competitive and fair. I do wish they would expand the area in Nicosia to cover further south fwiw. With some work and proper UX/UI design and QA this could be a winner. Then again, there are no direct competitors in the market. Not sure if they have the drive or the capability to fix issues.

Best way to Move in Cyprus
The app does not work at all
It as me to take a photo of my driving license. I took 10 of them but it keeps asking to take again. No support, no other features are available. In my opinion the app must be removed from the app store. I took 1 euro from my card but did not give the service. Is it a scam?

1. Folks, add button to make a sound for car. It’s impossible to find on parking 2. Your geo is not correct at least in the airport 3. Support isn’t working
