App won’t allow signup or log in. It no longer works.

Manhattan beach location is ran by a bunch of conartist Saul and Kyle. Don’t worry these folks will steal ur personal info and sell it to third-party. Complete poop show

I am a social media influencer and I’ve currently been renting from this company. I’ve had my vehicle for over 60 days and i currently rent for $70/ day. Always make my payments. They had an issue with they’re app and no one was able to make they’re payments for about a week on they’re end. After 4 days late they automatically turn of the car if it’s electric just being 3 days late!! They seemed to turn it off sooner and with no customer service hasn’t been turned on. Employees are super rude. I pay way to much daily for the treatment of this company.

Asked as soon as I dropped the car back (in perfect condition) when I’d get my $200 deposit back. I was told a maximum of 1 month. It’s been almost 5 months. Customer service does not answer my phone calls and never calls back despite me leaving my phone number, manager in San Diego does not answer my texts. I’ve sent emails that have never been responded to. Straight up robbery.

$50 per day / $1000 per month is a LOT!!!

The app could not even upload my signature to book a car, then I contacted their support and no response, I wonder what would happen if they get a hold of my credit card number?!! They put charges and you won't even be able to cancel anything! This is a scam business. Stay away from them.

These people are disorganized, dishonest, and failed to conduct business per their own website, app, and their own colleagues' commitments and assertions. warning: approval does not mean you'll get a vehicle pickup location can change repeatedly without notice new and unadvertised requirements may be added during the process the website, app, and people poorly handle information and are unprofessional to the point of negligence constructive feedback / concerns might be dismissed without aid or remedy

they offer one rate and never disclose that there are hidden fees which cannot be justified or itemized and more simpler and friendlier terms. In addition they stick you with so-called standard insurance with an outrageous deductible and still charging a full months worth of insurance. Is disappointing disgraceful and miss information you should be ashamed as a company

The app keeps glitching and shutting down so I’m not able to use the app I have payed for my rental and called several times and haven’t had any feed back
