Riff Raff for Musicians

I have to give kiddos to Riff Raff. I had not played bass guitar in decades and really wanted to get back at it. But like I’d busy and it’s so hard to find the motivation and accountability. When I discovered this app, I felt so comfortable sharing my progress because everyone is an amateur musician and there’s a real sense of camaraderie. People are cheering up on you and that truly encouraged me to play and rehearse. It’s ok if it’s not perfect. We share tips and songs we like, in having so much fun being part of this community. The new feature of collaboration is the cherry on the cake. You can play remotely with someone anywhere in the world who played the same song! I’m a bassist but if a drummer or guitarist played that same song, the app creates a sync split screen & it works! I’ve never had a band, it’s so fun to me. I highly recommend if you want to play more and find a supportive group of friends. + it’s just covers which makes it fun. You can become a “true fan” by playing several songs of an artist. I love the gentle gamification & fun competition with other fans ☺️
