GeoActivity Rig Finder: Utilize our Rig Locator App to easily find and navigate to drilling rigs across Western Canada, encompassing Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and North Dakota.
Key Features
- Access current rig locations data and navigate or receive directions to the rigs.
- Discover Nearby Licenses/Permits around any Rig with the capability of filtering by Operator.
- Recent Rigs Activity sorted by Spud Date and Drilling Contractor. It can be filtered by Region or Drilling Contractor Name
- Get Notified when any of your favorites rigs start drilling

-Monthly subscription
-Yearly subscription
Some features such as Favorites, well information, Operator and Nearby Permits/Licenses require a paid Subscription.
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Do not purchase this app
I work in the oil industry, and had this app for many years, however, ever since Jan 2023 this app is useless, never correct! This app use to be Free and completely accurate, as of last year they started charging a monthly fee, and every time I type in a rig, I get a box saying “ this rig is not drilling and location may not be correct “ they are drilling, because that’s the reason I’m there because they are drilling. I drive two to three hours following this app, only to find it’s the wrong location, now I’m late showing up. I suggest “ Lease locator “ until this app is fixed.
