this application is poorly thought out, picking a pharmacy shows you a list of pharmacies the app “thinks” are near you, but won’t let you choose your pharmacy if it’s not on that list. this app also is confusing, with a poor layout.

The app does not show the Explanation of Benefits. Rightway says you have to get this from the insurance company, yet they never send the required info to the insurance company for weeks. The app does not show the remaining deductible. They don’t even send this to the insurance company for weeks. Worst pharmacy benefits company ever. They also only care about costs. They don’t care about your health

Cannot sign up despite being a member. Pharmacies cannot fine my ID in the system nor can they help me to submit claims. Hopeless

Every time I click a link that should open in my default browser (which is NOT set as Rightway btw), this app opens. Very annoying. I still need help with my healthcare insurance but until I’m ready to deal with that, DELETE.

Downloaded the app easily but can’t get logged in. They ask for my email so they can send a verification code. I enter the code and the app tells me it’s wrong. I went to their website to try and figure out if a medication was covered and couldn’t find a definition of what tier 3 meant. try to figure out what pharmacy to use and they have a list in alphabetical order by name of pharmacy, not by state. I was hoping the app would help answer these questions, but I can’t even log in.

I get Rightway as part of my employer benefits. I suspect the support team is staffed in a foreign country, which is relevant because the American health system is super unique and requires nuanced understanding. I recently wrote in to the medical billing team for assistance with a MASSIVE ER bill. The information they provided was uninformed and surface level. I had to press on questions such as maximums and in-network status. The rep didn’t bother to validate in-netwoek status before recommending multiple uninformed opinions. This is the type of bill that makes people go broke if they don’t understand the diff between in and out of network. I ended up calling my health plan directly. The lack of confidence in Rightway’s expertise kind of negates their whole value prop.

Have deleted and reinstalled the app. It will not allow me/link wont work to put in email address. Do not see a contact us on the website. So this app is no good to me.

The health guide/navigator people that are on the other side of this are incredible. They’ve helped me through several health issues, and even called the doctors office to schedule an appointment for me.

The pharmacy team helped me tremendously!

I’ve used the Rightway app a few times for help finding doctors and it has been a good experience each time.
