Loved this app! I’ve not got a lot of patience so I followed the “highlights” tour on the app and it was superb. Great way to see the museum, only slight downside was the route map sometimes thought I was on a different floor but that was quite easy to work round.

This app is fantastic. I wish more museums would provide something similar. You can choose your tours, you can access all the paintings’ audio guides, via Bluetooth and location services the app can (kind of) tell where you are, it’s free, etc. Well done to the team!

Great app to explore the museum, with a map to tell you where to go and interesting facts, all for free. We spent circa an hour on the highlights tour which was perfect!

Even the museum staff could not explain me the route to the Great Hall using this application. Yes, it is free, but this does not mean it should be impossible to use

Loved the simplicity and ease of use. It’s totally free and commentary really useful I wonder why it’s only average 3 rating?!

We tried this on its own but I don't think it's very good like that. We really should have collected a free, paper floor plan too. We seemed to miss an awful lot and ended up going over the same route again. I wasn’t keen on the ‘Highlights’ tour and the app wasn’t always accurate with my location. But, as it’s free, very difficult to be too critical.

Followed the highlight tour around which took me through some amazing areas. Loved the detailed audio and that you could drill down for more info if you liked. The highlight tour took me just over 2 hours to complete.

Tried several times but no sound. Not impressed.

This app has great AV content including guided tours and on-demand commentary. But it is very power hungry and took 65% of my normally reliable iPhone6S battery in just under three hours. Watching movies for three hours takes 30%.
