Ringostat Smart Phone is an easy-to-use softphone for making calls and working with CRM. It's more user-friendly than using a regular phone. The app is installed on your device, allowing you to work with calls and messages wherever convenient.

All in one click
Click on the customer number on any website or your CRM, and the app will start a call. Or click on the pop-up push notification to receive an incoming call. Quickly mute a call, put it on hold, transfer it to a colleague, and more — all these actions you can do with just a single click.
Customer information is always at your fingertips
When you receive an incoming call, you'll see the customer's name if the contact is already in your CRM. Ringostat has integrations with dozens of popular systems, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. You can save contacts of new customers to CRM with one click or instantly go from the app to a contact or deal in CRM.

Forget about numerous open tabs. Collect all communication in one application. Ringostat Smart Phone stores the history of all calls and messages from customers. The users can write to you in the messengers. Their messages will come directly to Ringostat Smart Phone. Answer the customer in the app, and they will receive your response in their messenger.

Ringostat Smart Phone consists of 5 tabs.
1. Interface for receiving and making calls and sending SMS.
2. Messenger, in which you correspond with customers. New dialogues are added to the queue so you can catch them.
3. Call history, including calls you received and missed. You can call or send an SMS to each client with one click. It is also possible to quickly copy a contact or view insider information.
4. Clients on the website. It shows a list of customers who have previously communicated with you and are currently visiting the site.
5. The contact book lists customers who have interacted with your company. There are also separate tabs for employees and departments. It allows you to contact your colleagues and transfer calls to them instantly.
You can change dozens of settings in the app to make your work as convenient as possible. You can change the availability of your account (online, offline, do not disturb, etc.), interface language, sounds, display of insider information, and call history.
