Rise of Firstborn

What used to be a fun game to play, has been ruined. It’s nothing but a money grab by the owners now. Unless you’re spending a lot of money, you’re not progressing in this game. Just about everything good about it, has been taken away. Anytime they accidentally do something to improve gameplay and, make it fun again, they quickly “correct” the “issue”.

Every time I attack it says an error has occurred in the world !!! With all the issues it’s absolutely no fun to play !! It locks up a lot, it does not give me what I have earned. More issues than I have time to explain!!!

This is a great game I’ve been playing for years and I love it but one thing that kinda bothers me is the audio and graphics quality I was wondering when those will improve but other then that I love the game

After my update I lost my account the customer service doe nothing to help me get it back. Now my castle is over there dead

I have played for years on iOS never had an issues the last update the screen goes black and I go back to my Home Screen. This is not acceptable for a pay to play. If this is the way it goes with updates don’t bother.

Newest update won’t even open on my iPad. Was decent before this but now I’m basically locked out of the game.

Since update unable to login to game keep crashing

Reward cheaters and banned players for no reason . Some people should have been banned for violating TOS, but clearly is not because they are catering to these people. The people they banned have evidence that they didn't, but customer service and devs refused to look at it, also turning blind eyes one one that actually did. To top it off rewarding them. Trillions of troops and paywall things to upgrade gears. Everything about this game is a joke. Nothing is fixed, Customer service is no help, and the devs are not around/Blantly ignoring concerns. Company should be taken off the app store.

Kixeye is a scam company they will ban you for no reason and give you fake reason why they only care about money

Game was so so when netmarble was the developer. But now this new owner kixeye is killing a half dead game even faster. Don’t waste your time or money here. This ship is sinking. Update Kixeye has really driven the nail in the coffin now. Two weeks straight of events that are not functioning at all and no compensation for the money spent for these events. And the staff is absolutely ignorant to anything game related. Get a refund and get gone people. This game shouldn’t even be available on app stores. Yet again another botched event in September of 2022….. events that worked in the past no longer work, no points being distributed after hours of battle. These devs are just completely outclassed. And now every time they touch the game they lock us out after the update with no explanation to fix their constant mess ups. What an absolute joke Update 2024 game is finished, the developers are absolutely ignorant and out of their depth. They basically allow cheating, hacking and stealing and their resolution is to just charge the rest of the very small player base more money to attempt to rectify their shortcomings. This game needs to be removed from the app stores , shut down and all the funds spent should be reverted back to the players. This game is thieving plain and simple
