This is one of the best custard I ever had

Great place to come and satisfy that sweet tooth!

The app itself looks great however if you have a reward, for example a birthday reward or being one of the winners of the Rita’s for a year giveaway, it will show on the app but once you give your number or scan your code at the store, they will tell you that nothing is showing on their side so you will have to pay for whatever you ordered thinking it was your “reward” even after showing the app to the employee where it shows that there was a reward active there.

When you buy 3 ice you should get credit for buying 3 and not 1. Fix your loyalty program!

this app doesn’t even work. you can’t select a location, so you can’t order ahead. did they even finish making this app? it’s a glorified QR code.

This is a needed suggestion. PLEASE add a “flavor locator” to your app. I love Rita’s water ice, but no place I go to has my favorite flavor. I have to travel to several places far from the closest location to sometimes find it. Also, please allow for “mobile ordering” at all locations and possibly keeping some locations open during the off season..I live in Philly, Pa. home of the soft pretzels and water ice..Thanks

What modern app doesn’t have menus for their stores available? This app is pretty much useless - unless you want to sign up for their loyalty program, and then it’s only slightly less useless.

None of the Rita’s in a 20 mile radius accept mobile orders. Because of that I can’t even view a menu online. What’s the point of this app???

This is solely a rewards and ordering app. If you’re looking for an app that can store all of those Rita’s gift cards you have lying about, like just about every other eatery app does, then pass on downloading this app. It nothing more than a glorified promotional app requiring you to submit your address, phone number, and personal info so they can send you promos and advertisements and reward you with a small ice or soft serve for every 7 purchases. Whoopee! Hard pass. Move along. Nothing to see here.

The punch card doesn’t even work consistently or on all stuff, has tons of coming soon stuff that’s not coming, and can’t even order ahead to avoid the lines. Please switch app providers to one like playa bowls. They have a great app. Thanks!
