Terrible Customer Service
I entered into a trade this morning and was immediately logged out, unable to sign back in. I called “customer support” number online, SEVEN times. Each time, the person said we are the receptionist desk and unable to help you. They said they couldn’t transfer me and no one in support was available but I would get a call back. Watched price drop an entire trading session, down thousands of dollars, and the number didn’t call back. Just took my name and number and said someone would contact me 7 times. Account was liquidated at market close. Two different customer support reps hung up in my face. Emailed 10 times, no response. Still unable to sign in, and there is no way to reach anyone for customer support. This has been a very terrible and heartbreaking experience
