Syncing issue is there. Scooter location should be shown in map with animation but it is throwing us into google maps. Ride history should also show map from to. Lot of improvements are needed. Benchmark the ather app. Scooter build quality is good.

Hello River Developer please note the above issues, 1. While the Vehicle is Charging or Resting the app doesn’t sync instantly so while charging it updates on the app way later 2. Ride details should have map of rides on which route the vehicle has travelled rather than only distance etc, Unlike ride maps on any basic GPS Tracker 3. Navigating to the location of bike doesn’t show the location but open the direction to google maps to drive to that location. Lots of improvements required on the app interface soon. Like instant alerts of Ignition On or Off to track the rider. Map Routes are a must. Battery range of 111/ Charge looked great while purchasing the Eco Mode Pick up is very average, Vehicle build quality is great no Complaints of the steadiness of the vehicle

The app just provides very basic information, doesn’t show trip details , speed, travelled location etc.

The app works fine now after the latest update.

Hi Team, After the latest update App stopped working and it is not showing any details. -Details not showing -No alert for charging -No alert for low battery Can you guys please add battery consumption for every trip, this can help us to monitor battery performance well. Kindly resolve the issues which we are facing.

The app worked for couple of days but now it is unable to show the details. Wanted to have a check when I put the vehicle on charge but the app is not working.

Need to have a view on how much I have covered in each recharge, the ride summary should keep track of when the scooter was changed

Latest app version there no vehicle details are displayed it is only uploading for mins together. Older version was better.
