Ordered £120.00 of full price items and the BF20 discount code has not been applied to my order. Not happy so will now have to contact customer service.

Keep having to refresh the ap
Everytime I search for something it freezes
Still waiting for refund
My first attempt at placing order did not work but credit card still charged immediately. I received notification of a refund but that has not materialised and I’m still waiting. Very quick to charge my account for an order that was not processed but very slow to pay it back!
