This app is a fricking joke. It never saves my automatic payments. So I always have to pay an extra 15 bucks. I have tried to change my password and it will not let me. When I call the company they say everything is scheduled to come out but it never does. A joke a complete joke
Always unreliable. Once a month something is wrong, usually on a Sunday when there is no one to assist.
Always says server is busy. Waste of my time.
No mobile check deposit and outdated.
Why have Touch ID and still be required to answer security questions. Takes the convenience out of using the app. Using Touch ID only takes me to security questions.
Easy to download and start using immediately. Lots of great features such as bill pay and GPS searches for ATM/branch locations. Highly recommend this app to everyone. Big fan of the increased security features...shows this credit union is serious about protecting my information.
Very easy to use. I can check my balances, transfer funds and pay bills.
This is a great app I use it daily to check my balances, transfer money and even pay my bills. I would recommend to all River Valley Credit Union members. Very secure and easy to use.
I downloaded this app to try it out and it ran me through all of my security questions and passwords in just two uses, then it proceeded to force my password to change. I don't know about you but I want to change this password when I choose, at home, with full firewall, and when I can right it down...not in a mobile use situation. The account services seemed useful and easy so far but the hyperactive security prevented further use.
