During set up, it asked for a company code. After reaching out to my property manager, there is no company code. Just use the website 👍🏼

None of my maintenance requests show up. I have to call the building manager every time there is an issue. It’s a clunky app that needs a major overhaul.

What a waste of storage space on my device. The website simply works better than the app, so much so that finding lease information on the app is borderline impossible without already knowing where to look. You’d think it would be under documents, or information, or profile, but no.

Ive been trying to make my rent payments through the app since February it keeps declining and giving me errors , i even tried auto pay nothing seems to work i deleted the app and installed again still doesn't work. Its a in-convince asl

This app is awful, 3 times on autopay it marked the month as paid but didn’t take the money from my account. Then, I couldn’t pay because it showed a zero balance owed. So, I had to pay the fees for late payment when the issue was the app. This app is terrible.

I’ve been using this app probably about two years. Today it decided to ask me for a code. It will not let me put my user name or password or. Just wants a code .frustrated rent is due and I am out of town. Emailed them and they said that I need a code from my landlord. Why do I need a code if I’ve been using this app for a few years?

I’m trying to pay my rent today because this app makes it convenient. However, the app will not open. This makes me nervous because we don’t have a manager in our office to be able to pay rent.

App updated and now I can’t log in anymore. Type in the company code and my user info and says invalid email or password, I know the email is correct seeing as it’s the only one I’ve used for this, try to reset password and says email cannot be found, can’t find a way to get support for tenant accounts.

The app is to slow, I try to log in so many times it take more than 30 min, and when I try to pay my bills another 30 min to make it done and then process payment say error .
