Roadside Assistance

This was so easy to use. We were stuck with a flat, out of town, no idea who to call. I was nervous to input a credit card to a site I didn’t know but it was straightforward. The price was listed. Our driver contacted us very quickly and we had a tracker that allowed us to see his progress to us. We were sent a receipt and on our way quickly. We thought we were going to miss an appointment we drove four hours to make but we were right on time thanks to this service. So thankful

Update: Got refunded after second request and writing reviews. Car broke down on the highway, I requested a jump. Now, within a few minutes of me ordering from Drive, a cop pulled over and I cancelled the service. I cancelled in the app AND the tow company called me so I cancelled DIRECTLY with the driver. No one was dispatched to me. They still charged me 199$. If per their cancellation clause they charged me the 45$, I could accept that, but 199$ for nothing is straight up criminal. Just give me my refund.

Scammers

They say they are not charging you until they do your service. But when I cancel it immediately it charges me 50!!

They never showed up, never answer the call, never updated me, even their gps thing was not right, it said they had arrived but they never did. And then they send me email saying they where still going to charge me since they did show up 4 hours after the initial estimated time of arrival. There something not right with this company there seem to be something maybe not legal going on. Absolutely recommend do not use it.

I paid almost 200 dollars for just a battery jump. Very bad experience. I am now trying to apply a refund. Watch out when you use this app.

Charged me for services not delivered.

Immediately cancelled roadside assistance as soon as I saw it would take an hour but was charged $49. Can’t reach anyone from the company either. If you’re on the fence about this app please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. They have 1 star for a REASON.

Attempted to perform a password reset and the app dies.

Zero stars. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. If you try to cancel a service because you no longer need them/they are taking too long to arrive they will tell you they’ve cancelled it and then charge you for the entire service anyways. Per their policy, if you cancel before the driver arrives you’re only subject to a $45 fee. Well, what they will actually do is tell you they have cancelled it and never actually cancel it so they can charge you for the full service and say you were the one that never arrived. They use “GPS tracking” and gaslight you into believing you have to pay because there’s “no way to prove you cancelled it if the driver did not record it.” Don’t bother using them, they probably won’t come anyways.
