This is the 4th time I download it in a month, I’m not able to scan my bills neither to set a location, it keeps recording the one of jal el dib… Not recommended. The previous one was way better (and the portions of food at roadster by that matter!)

Amazing app with a reliable GUI

You made the second worst app ever, the first was your last app! Full of bugs !

30 mns i have spent trying to setup it ip, The design is from ww1 UI UX is nonexistent, Its super slow to load anything Steps are illogical …. Order sent. 2 hrs later, customer service claims they never received the order, proceeds to waste another 30 mns of my life asking for screenshots, Its midnight now, operator insists to retake my order, then proceeds to charge me 20% MOREEE for my troubles. So please download this app is you have 3 hrs of your life you like to waste feeling hungry, then spend midnight answering phones and explaining your problem, only to get charged more for your trouble, The worst investment of time, its 2024 who is approving this?

Lots of bugs, crashes and more … Not compatible with the island notification bar on iPhone 14 pro … Misleading information (loyalty program) stars ⭐️ Spin the wheel is a joke LBP 50,000 is 0.5 $ seriously ? App needs full upgrade and a lot of fine tuning… The country is dollarized now and clients are paying u fresh the counter value in LBP @ USD market rate not even sayrafa rate 🤣.. The food is excellent but ur app doesn’t reflect professionalism… Cheers 🍷

Like it really won’t cost you much to fix these issues. You don’t have to revamp the whole thing but tackle the basics. Like who did this app for you? They have never implemented a radio button? I have to uncheck an option to check another? Seriously? And why the limited characters in the note. Sweet chilli sauce is available in extras but not in replacements, so now u have to charge me extra for just replacing my salad. People please!

I was going to order from the app, when it said the things in my cart were unavailable. When I called the restaurant, they said the items were in fact available, and I ordered them from the phone not the app, and the items app was cheaper, but since they claimed it wasn’t available, I had to go and call them

Prices on the app do not align with prices at the store. I was billed 30,000 LBP for a burger, and ended up paying 56,000 LBP. Roadster’s didn’t even apologize + they lied about me not having the latest version of the app when I do.
