Many address are not available or accurate

9-15-22 Still a great app. I’d say the best available. Excellent support which is good. Because there’s a steep learning curve. This is a fantastic app. Not sure if it’s a product issue or an app issue. My favorite feature, “optimize at time of routing” seems broken. Please fix. Update fixed The response was satisfactory 4-26-23 My entire route and customer info was lost for some reason. Margaret helped quickly and effectively. Thank you! You just saved me hrs of work and years of lost customer contacts! Btw, there is a need for an app associated with road warrior kinda. On my route I use a Bluetooth thermal printer for receipts. The app I was using just stopped supporting it. The other available apps don’t work well. With your excellent customer service and intuitive routing app. I’ll be you could come up with a great solution. Thanks 7-24 Where’s that BT Thermal printer addition? Don't you want perfection?

Road warrior tiene demasiadas impresiciones .como conductor sugiero revisar el algoritmo ya que tiene demasiados puntos que no presentan ubicación especialmente en Tacoma , por ej al momento de recibir mi ruta de 100 paradas , tiene por lo menos 3 a 4 lugares donde en vez de el punto rojo estar sobre una casa está en el medio de la calle , y en todas las rutas es igual , si road warrior no reconoce una ubicación debería alertarnos sobre eso , no me gusta !!!!

To start off $9.99 is high price then you guy’s raised it to $14.99 sorry but I’m not paying for that there are other apps that I can use for cheaper and similar quality

Hard to navigate the app.

Out of 50 stops per day,majority of them are spot on. It’s obvious they use a good Google mapping platform as some of the other Google platforms don’t identify the addresses. But once in a while, there’s some odd routing you’ll have an address is actually only a couple minutes away from your previous stop and it’ll number it, like it wants you to come back to that area. Just have to be heads up and sometimes it’ll do that to you.

Update: after months of trying to bare with the app I can no longer feel with the constant incorrect destinations it is taking ms too. I’m finding a new app to use or I’ll just use google maps cause this one is TRASH. For the past two weeks on the daily road warrior will send the wrong destination to google maps usually in a empty field. I have to back out and put the address in google maps to get to my correct destination for delivery if this is not fixed soon me and my team of drivers will have to cancel our accounts cause there’s no need to be paying to get the wrong destination.
