Cannot find a cancel booking button (please correct me if I’m wrong)
I was a no show and informed the hotel via email that I wouldn’t be able to travel due to the recent typhoon. What followed was one misunderstanding of the cancellation policy to another. Your cancellation policy needs more words like “a cancellation on or after the first day of the booking will incur 100% of the booking price.” Your app also lack a “cancel booking” button. Why do I have to call or email you for this? This could have been avoided if your Robinsons hotel app has that button and then a pop up message that says “cancellation is 100% non refundable”. I would have understood then and would not waste time writing an email or calling the hotel.
