After being forced to download three different robot cleaning apps (surprised there is more than 1) I officially canceled my subscription (that’s right pay to use the already expensive vacuum) and am writing this review. In the age of technology it blows my mind companies are so inclined as to make using their products so much of a pain that I’d rather go back to living in the Stone Age. Make me download a single app and be able to use the product how it is advertised and intended instead of discover the inner workings of robot vacuum technology. If I could give 0 starts I would.
Doesn’t Work!
I paid the $19. Set it up, but every time I try to launch it on the app, it immediately closes the app. I’ve tried to turn off my iPhone and reboot. No go. Useless app at this point.
Does not work for my vacuum. Please send refund.
When I searched for ECOVACS this app came up and I bought it. It does not work for my new vacuum. Please refund me.
Won’t connect
My Roomba 980 won’t even connect no matter how many times I try to connect it.
Shark I Robot
I am 79 years old and have health problems. It has been so hard to vacuum my floors with regular upright vacuum cleaner and this Robot vacuum has been a blessing.
I don’t even know if this works with my vacuum and it wants my money already
This app is money hungry, I haven’t even tried to use my Vacuum and it wants me to sign up weekly, monthly, and a lifetime. I’m not signing up for anything that cost money without a 24 hour trial or a weeklong trial or something.
Brand new
It cleaned three rooms. Ran over dog poo with one wheel and never ran or charged again.

SHARK ROBOT ELISABETH-shark 1. Does not clean thoroughly. 2. “Tries” to crawl up the legs of furniture. 3. Does not clean going around corners. 4. Does not get very close to wall or legs of furniture. 5. Does not return to base to empty and charge. 6. Does not charge automatically. 7. Seems to “get confused” and cannot figure out how to clean entire room and move on to hallway or next room. 8. I need to clean after running it with my regular vacuum cleaner. What’s the point in having the robot, if it doesn’t work well? 9. ALTOGETHER DISAPPOINTING, and far inferior to others of its kind.
Worthless
Paid for it. Never worked. Developers didn’t respond. Big mistake waste of money
