Rochester Jazz

This app is the best app I’ve ever used. Once it has all the artists loaded in April... you can sort plan research all the artists and plan your daily schedule! You guys rock !!!

While the jazz fest is top notch this app is way behind the times. Users should be able to purchase tickets with their phone. The other features are helpful for locating shows and and gleaning info about events. But it’s a map and not an app in that sense.

I liked using the app to plan my evening, which might mean selecting one band’s 6pm performance and another band’s 10pm. Now, starring a band’s performance makes all of their performances starred, and harder to determine when I’ll actually see them.

Please update to the 2019 schedule.

Buggy this year. & as of today when I click on tickets it just says loading but never loads. This is happening on 3 separate devices.

1. The app doesn't download, only opens to my iPhone 6. 2. Why aren't all of the shows and venues displayed?

Great app. Filled with a lot of information that has help navigate our way through a fantastic week at the Rochester International Jazz Fest!

This app is informative, easy to use, and very helpful during the festival and all year. Especially like the "on air" feature.

I especially love the favorites tab and the descriptions of each of the acts

I like the way the events are organized by venue. The only two suggestions: include pricing info and use tooltips to display full titles that are two long to fit in the text box. Other than that, this is going to be very handy in the coming week.
