Rocketbook App

Ik heb geprobeerd om een account aan te maken maar in het aanmeld proces wordt ik elke keer weer terug gestuurd naar de beginpagina dus voor mij niet mee te werken tot nu toe. Alle 3 de opties geprobeerd.

Na de laatste update zijn alle instellingen verdwenen en zijn alle gescande documenten verdwenen. Beetje jammer dit.

Overzichtelijk en handig. Nu kan ik mijn aantekening goed organiseren zonder papier te verspillen.

The app is quite awesome, good scans, the ocr could be more accurate (or I need to start learning how to write better). I have a lot of times that the destination “hotmail” is not sending (at least these scans dont arrive most of the times). Would like the notebooks themselves to be modified so you can chose your own templates. See “greenbook/greenstory”, they have great notebooks (but lesser good app).

If you're like me, you like to scribble notes during calls and meetings. Where do these go afterwards? On a pile you need to sort through, or they get lost. With this app, I found a great convergence solution: I now scribble, shoot a picture of it with the rocketbook app and it goes straight to iCloud from where it's duplicated onto my desktop, MacBook and iPhone as a PDF. All I then do is drag the PDF into the subject folder and it's there for review anyone I need it. Image quality is excellent and always straight (app autocorrects for you - this is not just a photo of your written page).

The idea is to write notes, scan them in and have the software transcribe them additionally into a text file that is mailed to you. The PDFs typically miss a page during transmission, so the notes are incomplete. And that’s a first, basic test of usefulness failed. The transcription happens less than a third of the time. Attempts to trace back mistakes of my own and adjust haven’t generated results. Second test failed. Wait to buy until they have this sorted out.

I love my rocketbook so far, for both writing and drawing. The app is great to, does everything it says on the box :) It’s worth looking around the app itself, I didn’t even know certain features existed (like *cough*grouping pages*cough*) until I checked all the settings.
