Just got my 3rd vehicle from RODO and again they exceeded my expectations. Dabney just dropped of a beautiful VW Tiguan and picked up my old lease. Smooth, Seamless and very professional. I will NEVER to a dealership again. Thanks again RODO! I will see you again in 3 years.
I needed a new car and Rodo did all of the dirty work for me. $0 down and $363 a month. What you see is what you get. Don’t hesitate.
Setting up multiple filters is a major hassle as after each filter, the app takes you back to the search results. It becomes really infuriating when using the slide bars for mileage or price. Additionally, it doesn’t seem to search outside of the one zip code that you provide. I gave it an extra star because the filters are extensive. The vehicle that I searched for has two seating configurations. Most apps don’t bother filtering on this, this app does the best job of offering as many filters as they could.
I used to recommend this app to my friends. My last lease was through Rodo and now when its time to lease a new car I chose Rodo. The problem is that they switch their business model to bait and switch. The model you choose based on your budget will go up almost 30% when you’re ready to order. When I spoke to a rep from Rodo as to why do you quote one amount and at check out it’s a lot more expensive? The rep told me because of taxes and insurance cost and some other excuse he had no idea what he was talking about and very unprofessional. I have no ideas what happened to this company but it’s still going on and it’s a shame they had to go down this route but they have lost a loyal customer…im deleting my account and getting rid of this worthless app.

I tried using RODO to purchase a car, but there was zero (and I mean ZERO) communication after I submitted the order. I had to call for an update after a few days and was told the car I had ordered wasn’t available, but they found one in the next level trim. Ok fine - more than I wanted or needed but whatever. Days go by and I still haven’t heard anything so I have to reach out again for an update and was given some story about them not knowing the VIN yet. At this point I gave up and went straight to a local dealer online, who had everything done in under an hour of texting back and forth. I picked up my car the next day. Still never heard anything from RODO - complete waste of my time.
