It’s been over a year since the notifications have worked, not sure why, I reached out to whoever and they told me to uninstall and reinstall and check settings, Ive done that a half dozen times. The last update was over a year ago, Apple has had at least 3 updates since then so something isn’t jiveing, app needs to be updated to be compatible with the new OS version

Just installed the app, typed my home address to find collection dates. I did this in the format as instructed “sorry, address not found” Then my work address:” sorry, address not found”
