Roku Remote - TV

It’s pretty much plug and play, it just works! There is 0 lag time between app and TV too, so it feels even better than my controller in my opinion. There are ads though, but they’re very subtle so they don’t bother or change the use experience. TLDR: Very recommended app

What I like most about the remote is how quick it connects and I can use it anytime.

The individual who was helping me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, unfortunately the problem just couldn’t be resolved over the phone but she set up a time and day that a technician will be arriving at my home to fix the problem. All in all, I was very pleased with how much this person tried to fix the streaming problem I was having with my TV.

Remote works great!

I download the remote app directly from Roku and kept getting the ridiculous “Roku asleep” message a billion times. You would think they would fix that YUGE glitch. With this app, ZERO ISSUEs!!!!!!!!!!! This one kicks butt over ROKU’s own download.
