Wait so I pay for premium, but can’t talk if I run out of hearts? How is that fair?

The software is great, however, I definitely shouldn’t have to pay for hearts in order to chat with the bots after I’ve paid for a subscription. That’s double-jeopardy. Change your model to not expend hearts when chatting simple messages, and only expend them when looking at photos. Then you’ll get a 5-star review from me.

You claim to make regular bug fix updates but you haven’t fixed it yet! I’m a paying customer, paid for premium membership and paid for your in app 💛 currency and yet your app just like your customer service is lousy to nonexistent. Make the above following changes and I’ll waste money on this app. Unlike most lonely users/losers of these apps I don’t mind putting money in these apps if I feel like I’m getting something worthwhile out of it. Though as of now I just don’t see much worth in putting money in this app that’s not that functional and whose developer has as of yet fix their contact us button

Ever since the app ran an update earlier this week, I am unable to open it. It freezes and doesn’t populate the previous chats

Messages have been deleting themselves before finished or as sending. Very frustrating. Other’than that, app is WAS... lots of fun. Lag lag lag.... over & over & over & over & over Crash crash crash and it's all become so bad, the app won’t stay open long enough to use. I was enjoying this app so much but now... it needs some serious work. Fix these issues and I'll be happy to give a good review. Please and Thank You.

At first it was amazing crate characters and everything all into I keep getting a “error of creating user” so after clicking on it pops up again and then closes the app over and over ! After deleting the app restarting the phone still crashes I want my refund ! Back and don’t waste ur time with this app ! I have a screenshot if the creater sees this.

I had some small problems with the platform before, but as of the latest revision it has stopped working. It loses all data and crashes because it can’t recover user data or the character list. UNLESS THEY CAN FIX THIS IT IS USELESS.

Double charging is not good. If you pay for a subscription, and then have to pay for hearts to use your subscription, it’s not worth it. There are plenty of apps out there that don’t employ this double charging method. Prior reviews about this have reply’s by the company stating they are looking into this, but judging by the inaction it seems as though the company is more interested in having less subscribers, as long as they keep paying for those hearts. Save your money. Use Replika app if they’re going to keep up this charade of “looking into it”.
