Where to begin the food is delightful and tasty

Ordered at 4.25 Sunday 12th May 2024 and delivery took just under 1.5 hours to deliver 5 mins away . Food was cold and inedible, never again !!!!!

Ordered from wrong Romayo’s , and I already paid for it so 30euro gone transferred me to sandyfort hall let me say it again SANDYFORD HALL Who basically said thanks for your money we can’t do nothing

I am waiting over an hour for my food due to be here half an hour ago- phoned the Donnybrook store who told me the app and their store don’t say the same thing - so don’t hold your breath waiting for the food. Really disappointed in the store Donnybrook.

Romayo’s is a consistently good place to buy traditional fish and chips. It’s got everything you would expect from a chipper and some good innovative foods as well. What I fail to understand is why it charges 50c to process an order via the app when you are also collecting it. It’s hardly justifiable when the app is doing the same as the in store screens or ordering in the shop

Placed an order and when it was paid for it just froze and now I can’t see any order progress and the item never arrived.

I have ordered three chicken burgers now over the last month and customised them as plain burgers - kept thinking it was my mistake! HOWEVER today I made sure I did it right and left a note saying plain burger! BUT NO ONCE AGAIN MY BURGER WAS FULL OF LETTUCE AND MANKY SAUCE (INEDIBLE)! I rang Romayo’s in Greenfield Maynooth where I ordered from and I was told it was not their problem as it didn’t show that way on their screen! So yes three burgers I have not been able to eat! Thanks for nothing.

Food amazing , whether eating in or delivery it can’t be faulted. Some amazing deals. A+
