The Ronda Resident Mobile app provides a convenient way for residents to communicate with the property management, submit requests, or any other activities with a touch of a button.
Ronda Resident Mobile app features:
Create and follow up maintenance and any other requests
The ability to view credit/payment balance, view invoice, and history
Access amenities, view events and book a spot
Receive instant mobile notification (broadcast, reminders, etc..)
Authorize visitors.
Receiving any offers, promotions, new services, or instructions from the Property management.
Much of the Resident Portal & app is configurable by the property management. Property settings include, but are not limited to: services, payment methods, or maintenance request categories & availability.
