The app doesn’t serve most places in Abu Dhabi as Physiotherapy sessions ( useless )

Late to arrive to my at home PCR service. Very late in releasing the test result. Customer support unhelpful. Would never use this app again.

They started very well had tests done with them many times Started last few times they sent someone who couldn't collect proper sample and called to repeat it again ( i lost my appointment in ministry becuz of them ) Next time booked at 11 and had to go to work after that . Im a doctor and kept delaying to clinic and no numbers to be called and the chat lady says they have issues !! If you are that packed why do u keep booking and taking money and not attending ?! They started to be greedy ! And the service is going worse ! Will be the last time i used them ! Deleting the app !

Worst service ever! Total waste of money and time… i book a PCR and never get my app updated with green status. Support is basically zero and they dont answer the phone.

If you have problems you can’t reach customer support And your problem never solved After you book and pay they don’t care about you Thy have no phone number to contact And by chat never reply

Excellent service

In this app, you choose the time slot. For some reason, they call 3 hours before asking if they can come at that time!!!!!????? I booked at 4pm, they called me at 1pm if they can come now???? I do not get it. If I wanted my appointment at 1pm I would put it at this time but I have other things in my life than a PCR Test. Its not the first time they do this. I do not recommend it unless you have elders or kids.
