There is absolutely no way the rating is based on this app! Roosters is great the app is not. You cannot make multiple Appts, the stylists I select you’re not sure if they are working or not only to be kicked out. It doesn’t know the opening times of the location I’ve booked Appts and they weren’t available. It’s really bad team! The other way was better. Now it’s an app and you can update it but it’s really bad.

Roosters is a great place, but this newer version of the app missed the mark. It doesn’t remember me. Also, it locked me out after only 2 attempts signing in. Now it making me wait an hour before allowing me to reset my password. First time trying to schedule an appointment was not very intuitive as well.

Roosters is great, I love em. The app is a nightmare. I reset my password but never get an email, it says there’s no slots available anywhere. Not fun to use, I just called the store to bool

App is clunky. How hard is it to make an appointment for a haircut?

Can’t use the app since they updated. They provide instructions to reset the password, every time I try to do that, it errors out making the app completely unusable. Guess I’ll call to make appointments, or find a new barber.

I forgot my password, so I tried to retrieve it, and all it tells me is “Incorrect Email or password.” It will not let me create a new password, and there is no reporting available for this app for some reason, so I had to write a review. And, you can’t make an appointment on Rooster’s website so you’re forced to use this faulty app. So I guess I can’t make an appointment until they fix this broken app or improve their website.

I’ve been going to Roosters on Pelham since they opened and have had nothing but great service. Highly recommend!

The ‘Book Now’ buttons are broken. If you click, they just spin for a moment and then nothing happens.

Before Roosters, I would drive an hour to keep my stylist in Plymouth after moving to Oxford, trusting only in my regular stylist. Desire cut my hair on my first visit and was professional, friendly and gave me a solid cut, leaving beyond happy. I had two other stylists cut my hair on Desire’s day off, experiencing consistent vibe & energy, talent & good conversation that kept me returning. Heather has now been my permanent stylist over two years and I couldn’t be more pleased and trusting. Adam (owner/operator) is personable and friendly, adding to the experience at Roosters Oxford, his leadership value is apparent in the overall vibe of the staff. Thank you to each and everyone at Roosters, I always look forward to the warm welcome, the witty banter and genuine conversations with a perfect cut & trim. -Scott Tarach
