Impossible d accéder au contenu de la plateforme …

The functionality is really bad, the app bugs consistently, meaning that you have to redo the same exercices over and over again until you come to the same page where it bugs again of course . Or if you are lucky you get a little further but then another problem occurs It’s a waste of time .

After used couple of days, you need to delete the app and reinstall again. The app froze frequently, needs to be improved.

L’app ne fonctionne pas bien avec iPad, plusieurs fenêtres n’ouvrent pas complètement. Je n’essaye même pas d’imaginer comment cette application fonctionne sur un smartphone. On perd des heures avec plusieurs exercices parce que les exercices n’apparaissent que partiellement, souvent il devient impossible de résoudre les exercices parce que le système ne nous laisse pas sélectionner la réponse ou ordonner les mots. Des problèmes techniques, apparemment faciles à résoudre, et qui définitivement compromettent un contenu pédagogique qui semble être de bonne qualité. Dommage.

Problème technique avec plusieurs pages. On ne voit pas les questions. Très peu de possibilités de parler

le micro de mon iPhone 11 n’est pas utilisable avec cette application et il y a des exercices sans question, je dois donc choisir les réponses au hasard, bref je perds une heure de mon temps juste apprendre 8 mots de vocabulaire!

I downloaded this excited to start learning and there is no audio. Seriously? I paid good money for this course and I can’t even hear it?

I study from my iPad but they have only an iPhone App?. Waste of time

- I can only get audio to work when I’m using external headphones. - Some lessons/activities are difficult or impossible to mark complete. For example, an activity that is just watching a video will not be marked as complete if you watch the video full screen. - Icons like the next arrow are surprisingly difficult to tap (the hit box is in a weird place) - Activities that ask me to repeat what I hear don’t work correctly. Instead of playing the audio first, the microphone immediately activates. I can cancel it, play the audio manually and then hit record, but it’s very time consuming. - The app can feel very unresponsive, like long delays between hitting a button and seeing or hearing the effect. This list isn’t exhaustive but I got tired of writing out specific issues. The actual language content I’m learning is great, but clearly this app is used for many different languages so it doesn’t make sense to rate it based on the learning content. For a company as big as Rosetta Stone I’m surprised by how bad this app is and how painful it is to use it. I really hope you dedicate some time to making some user experience improvements. I’m using an iPhone X.

The app during course moments kept on crashing and freezing during the exercise making me less motivated to study. Fix bugs!
