App gives you a delivery time of today until you checkout and and changes it to tomorrow, does this all the time, customer service has no clue and can’t understand what’s going on!!

I use this app weekly, sometimes more because grocery shopping is too hard with little kids. Please update for the iPhone 15. It won’t even open on my new phone. On my old phone it worked pretty well.

Used to work great. A few months ago the app now has a bug where is appears to refresh the screen constantly every second. This causes the buttons and images to move…every second. Totally not functional for me anymore. Tried closing/reopening and well as uninstall re-install, restarting phone. All updates installed. Appears to be app itself. Gave some time for them to fix bug but issue persists. Will no longer be using their service.

I used to use it all the time. Now I can’t even open it

I started using this app a couple weeks ago. It seemed to work acceptably enough to break up with Walmart for about 80% of my grocery list. But yesterday I traded in my iPhone 12 for a new iPhone 14 Pro; transferred all my info and settings to the new phone and now the app won’t open. It attempts to open but just crashes immediately. I made sure I’m on the latest iOS (16.5), but that didn’t help.

Could be much better with user friendly tweek

Sometimes this app works exactly as it should. Sometimes. This means that I can add items as I know I need them and my wife can use her phone to add things as well. Usually this doesn’t happen. My wife can’t see what I put in the cart but I can see hers. Or she signs out to refresh the app to see what I put in and then the cart is empty for both of us. Last night I put a ton of items in the cart and went to finish shopping six hours later and my cart had 10 items in it and none of them were from last night’s cart. I moved to a rural area so I’m stuck with this grocery store but if there was another good option I would stop shopping at this store specifically because this app is so bad. Look at all the complaints in the reviews that are years old. None of them seem to be fixed. Please use the ShopRite app to learn how an app should work.

I used to love this app. Used it about once a week. But ever since I upgraded to a new phone, the app won't even open. This is extremely disappointing.

Big fan of the app but it crashes immediately upon opening with iPhone 14. Hope it’s fixed soon.

Rosie, every time you change your website it is for the worst. Also, I shouldn’t have to use specific phrasing to find a particular item. Per online shopping, the website is very glitchy and outdated. Perhaps you may learn a thing or two from your competitors. Sincerely, a customer & retailer
