I enjoy using rota cloud

I didn’t use to have this problem but the past few months whenever I start my break and finish it, it does not show it on my timesheet and went I need to clock out to begin my next shift it automatically clocks me out so I’m unable to have a accurate time sheet. For example. 10am (clock in) then start break at 23:00. End break at 7:00 then clock out at 10 to clock back in at 10 for next shift - it does not document this and ends up saying I’m late or having done my break or clocked out!

Brilliant app. Really easy to use. Easy to see when your working and to review how many shifts I’ve done for billing etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app is frustrating and annoying. Often it does not work. Send out too many emails informing us of shifts that we’re not even contracted to Never gives the right hours for holidays try to book a holiday 30 days advance says I gotta take 28 days notice won’t let me book tells me that I have no hours when I’ve got 159 to take before May very frustrating indeed

The App is so easy to use and it offered everything you need for work One issue is that once you have submitted a job you can’t go back in and wrote what you have done in the job ? Can this be updated ?

Please amend the App so that other actions can be completed before shifts are acknowledged. Sometimes you just want to clock in or check something quickly.

Like the app but why isn’t Face ID working on iOS? I switched from an old XS to new iPhone all up to date but have to manually sign in each time on both devices I deleted app added again and signed in but still same? Just to clarify I was not able to use Face ID on both old and new devices.Annoying.

Most of the time, the app doesn't even try using FaceID to log in, essentially forcing you to close and reopen the app. So much for ease of access.
