I was able to use the app one time following setting up account and making one reservation. Called several times for troubleshooting and tried everything without success. Received a call months later stating that the app issue was fixed. Tried app again and the same nothing is happening. Dealing with this only adds more stress to a stressful situation, so I would try and find other means of transportation. 🥺
For someone who has cancer(Myself) this app is useless. I schedule 3 days early for assistance getting to and from my appointments and every time these people cancel literary an hr after scheduling I’m giving them 3 days notice before time and they still cancel. This app is a joke and I’m finally deleting this app after this review. This app needs to be shut down. Very disappointing.
I just downloaded the app and after following directions properly and adding my information, everything came up. Now what may be different for me is how I got to the app. I was working with the cancer road to recovery people and they scheduled everything before I downloaded the app. All I had to do was put in my name and then the ID number they gave me and the app took care of the rest. I believe the app is dictated by the website, so entering your info there will translate it to the app. I haven't tried to schedule or change anything via the app yet, I only looked and saw my next 11 appointments to and from are listed. I could book additional trips etc. So if anyone is having issue's, it's likely user error somewhere along the way. I'm handling business for my mother and if she was perfectly healthy she still would struggle with the newer ways of handling one's affairs if you know what I mean. Different eras blah blah blah. I hope this was somewhat helpful because if you're here at all I know you're going thru it 🫶
I can't log in, I can enter my info but nothing else happens.
THIS APP HAS NEVER WORKED!!! AT FIRST I COULD LOG IN BUT COULDN’T BOOK RIDES, SEE MY RIDE HISTORY, OR ANYTHING. I CALLED AND EMAILED TO COMPLAIN AND ALMOST A YEAR LATER THEY REACH OUT ABOUT THIS APP UPDATE THAT FIXED THE PROBLEM…I UPGRADED THE APP AND NOW I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE! I EMAILED THEM AGAIN AND WAS TOLD TO UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL AND NOW IT GOES BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN AN ERROR MESSAGE AND BEING STUCK ON THE ROUNDTRIP HOME SCREEN. DO BETTER ROUNDTRIP!!!
The only thing this app allows you to do is enter your e-mail address and password. If you successfully do that, you are taken to a screen where the ONLY thing you can do is enter your e-mail address and password. If you successfully do THAT, you are taken to a screen where the only thing you can do is enter your e-mail address and password. You can see where this is going. It doesn’t indicate the entered information is wrong. I deliberately entered an incorrect password one time to see what it would do, and it gave me an error message. So successfully logging in wins you the privilege of continuing to log in. The app has no other function. If that’s what your after, I guess you might enjoy this. If you’re hoping to get a ride to your medical appointment, you’ll need to start walking because this app won’t be of any use.
I can’t book a ride it says error every time I try
This is my time booking rides on Roundtrip but I can’t see the rides I ‘ve already booked. There seems to be a glitch with app. I have no way of getting to appointments without Roundtrip.
My iPhone up to date. Have app. I use this company whole time before it. Now. Pass 3 days. I can’t schedule ride. I try everything to get help. App works. I got into my account, but error when setting up where to get pick up. Company is reliable, but app and website need improvement. Also try my laptop same problem.
