Route 66 Ultimate Guide

Just got back from a Route 66 trip on the St. Louis to Chicago leg. This app was awesome. Mile by mile directions with excellent descriptions and directions to sights along the way both old and new. Highly recommended 👍🚙

This app is great! My family is about to head on on Rte 66 and this app has been a huge part of our planning. From sights and scenes to lodging and food, this has it all. Easy to use too! Is a great Route 66 Resource. I personally like live map navigation where this app is as noted “It does not include a live map like generic navigation apps.”

For no apparent reason, this app requires you to provide your phone number, enter your home address, and activate your phone camera. So sketchy!!!

If you are planning a Route 66 trip, this is a must have resource. I drove the route in 2023 & split the trip into two segments. Chicago to Amarillo and a few months later Amarillo to San Diego. The app help me identify what I wanted to see and how long it was going to take. I used it for initial planning, and throughout the actual trip, it made it a very smooth process.

I have found this app to be an excellent tool for planning a Route 66 trip. I can recommend it highly.

Used the app for the east west leg from Chicago to the beginning of Texas. Had used paper route guides before, but after using this, don’t think I’ll be going back! Keep up the good work! Long live Route 66!
