I dont get calls from driver first thing and taking too much time to track the cab.shows diffrant times as a ETA Also GPS not working properly,hope this will take positive and works on feedback,thank you

Fraud company please for God sake don’t ever attach your car in in this flicking fake company

Route sequence is not accurate. Incorrect way of pick up. Order has to be more accurate. Left and right side of road is not getting considered

Very poor and cheap class app that I have seen. Their route preparation is the worst. It will create routes where the roads are inaccessible and the plus point- routematic team will always justify that it is correct, as if they are the only correct ones and all others are fool.

Too many bugs in the app.

Map doesn’t load and the user need to do in and out to check the location of the vehicle.

In non -shift user is not able to select the time

The vehicle tracking is sometimes lagging

If Driver is away it doesn’t show the ETA to reach your location
