It’s been over 2 weeks since i applied for an account and uploaded my ID. I texted them a week ago nothing, you go on live chat? Just poor robot. If you got an account with them and trust them to put your money in their hand then i admire you, you’re better than me couse I wouldn’t!

Won’t reply to live chat to let me access my money.

Currently unhappy with the help and support. Having a technical issue with transferring funds out of my account to another account. As a company you should be on board and have your technical issues resolved immediately. I need access to my funds. I can’t transfer my funds out due to a technical problem there side. I have been in touch with customer team and not responding back to emails or Live chat. I am currently unhappy with this.

Yhey just locked my account with all my money in it. i can’t access it at all. they aren’t responding my emails, they’re scammers.

My £50 give me my money back And they don’t even reply 🤬🤬🤯😡😡

I’m really impressed with how this app works. The savings vault is a fantastic feature, and the app's overall functionality is seamless and user-friendly. I also appreciate being able to open multiple accounts in different currencies, which adds a lot of flexibility.
