75s+ is niet beschikbaar en kan daardoor de stofzuiger niet gebruiken.

If the app can’t connect to the robot at all, it’s pretty bad. Can’t get any worse. The app is so bad… while trying to connect, it shows rotating arrows. The arrows rotate in the opposite direction from what they are pointing to. So silly. It is representative for the rest of the app: it just can’t make connection and this has been going on for years. Sometimes it says it did make a connection… so you press a button to start cleaning. Then the app says the cleaning started while the robot is just not doing anything. So at that point the app lies. I reported this repeatedly and nothing is done about it in the last four years.

Sinds de update werkt de app een stuk minder. Het zoeken naar de juiste kamer is lastig en als de robot bezig is blijft maar draaien “plattegrond wordt geladen”. Pas als de robot klaar is stopt dat. Heb ook geprobeerd het contactformulier in te vullen waarbij ik 5 keer moet aangeven dat ik een mens ben waarna ik weer opnieuw moet beginnen. Het invullen lukt dus niet. Graag de vorige versie terug!!

After app update with the newly designed Home Screen, the cleaning image map is only shown during cleaning and can not be reviewed afterwards. This is imho a dearly missed feature as it now only shows how the robot looks. That is not relevant information. Thanks for your swift reply. Just looked in the app on iOS 18 and iPadOS 17. No map can be found in the history tab with version 9.0.1 of the app. Only some statistical counters of the x-plorer 60 are shown. So it seems the last cleaning maps can not be retrieved after cleaning has finished. This was a handy feature.

My phone updated this app when installing iOS 18.1.1. The updated app does not connect to my robot (Rowenta X-plorer 130 AI) anymore. I can turn the robot on and off with the button on the machine itself. But other settings (spot cleaning, adjusting the suction power) which can only be controlled through the app no longer work since the app and robot do not communicate. I hate this new app; back to vacuuming by hand, which is not what I bought this expensive machine for. Never again Rowenta.

Terrible app: sometimes can’t connect to the robot without any reasons.

Robot vergeet iedere keer z’n kaart en moet na iedere oplaadbeurt weer opnieuw overal tegenaan botsen om z’n weg te zoeken. Tevens vind de robot slecht z’n positie als hij na een storing terug op de de grond wordt gezet.

Lijkt me een prima robot (x-plorer serie 240), maar de app is steeds na 24 uur de verbinding met de robot kwijt. Ik moet dan de robot opnieuw koppelen met de app. Buiten bereik van mijn wifi heb ik sowieso al de koppeling verloren met de robot. Waardeloze app

Gisteren mijn robot stofzuiger ontvangen genaamd Bambi 2 de Rowenta X 45 wat een geweldig toestel. Zoals beloofd een groot compliment achtergelaten van alle service die Rowenta mij had geboden. De medewerker stond ervan te kijken aangezien hij alleen nog maar klachten had ontvangen. Maar ik zeg Rowenta bedankt voor dit mega mooie toestel. Groetjes Michel van Zaanen.

Top product en ben er zo blij mee. Hij draait al 2 jaar elke week zijn rondes zonder problemen. Af en toe de Zijborstels vervangen en klaar. Wel goed onderhouden elke keer na een job dan blijft hij het ook goed doen
