Mrs
I was on the flight 801 departing from Heathrow to Casablanca on 26.01.2024 and I am a frequent flyer of RAM in the past year I flew like 5 times with this company. I was on board and switched the assistance button on to get some water. The button stayed on for about 20 minutes. I turned the button off and on again and it stayed on for another 20 minutes. I then decided to go to the back to find a flight attendant but the passenger next to me was asleep so I didn’t want to disturb him. So I decided to keep switching the button on and off in hopes to get the flight attendants’ attention. Five minutes later, the flight attendant wearing glasses and I believe she was in charge of the economy class stood next to me and started screaming at me for pushing the button ‘too many times’. I tried explaining to her that I was in need of a glass of water, but she escalated and her voice was so loud that all passengers were annoyed. I explained that she has to behave and that we are not in a random souk. She then replied to me by saying “You’re the one used to souks”. All I kept saying to her was “please go get me my glass of water, and stop this farce.” She was so rude, she was yelling, and giving me dirty looks. I was subject to the most humiliating behavior I’ve ever experienced on a flight. Then when we landed, on my way out she looked me up and down like what happened was personal and seemed to forget that she’s doing a job that required a smile and courtesy. I really hope that this incident will never happen again and that you take this matter seriously as I wouldn’t wish anyone to experience the humiliation I experienced.
