Actually had an issue with the booking , as I had booked a wrong vehicle and while I was about to change the vehicle ,the booking got cancelled and 25% of my booking charge was deducted which was unacceptable and Mr. Gary was very helpful and polite with his words and gave me a voucher of the same 25% for my next booking . Thank you so much Gary for helping me out in this situation , your doing a great job . 👍🏻🤝

I had made a mistake, and when I called the customer service, they help me out with the booking issues. The agents name was Rex and the professionalism that he showed towards resolving my issue has been astounding. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking to book a bike. As what sets them, apart is the customer service, specially people like Rex

Wanted to put this reveiw! Came across so many customer support on different platforms but royal brothers was spot on!! Guy named SUBRAT helped me through all the verification process as i messed it up during uploading the documents and he took me through all the process on call and helped me. Truly 24/7 support and they mean it! Will definitely recommend it

Bikes breakdown twice Very cheap interface and support team is dumb No refund for petrol that was left in tank after breakdown ( way more than 7L) Higher cc bikes ( 250cc to 650) all r driven by people who cannot drive it and 21 is the age limit for above 200 cc Literally a 650 super meteor’s clutches r fked Only curse words can explain the frustration
