Always password is incorrect

App not allowing me to register

Cannot sign in

I don’t know what is wrong with the app. I signed in but said that my password and username does not match. Then I tried to forget password and entered a new password. Waited for an hour and when I signed in, it said again that my usernames and password does not match 🙄

CAN’T LOG IN – PASSWORD RESET DOESN’T WORK

I’ve tried many times till I got the error code 3000. Tried emailing support but got no response.

Is this a scam? Advertising rewards etc, but app is not working properly. Can’t even retrieve password.

App broken after 2nd to the last update

Not able to receive any OTP, blocked my account after trying to re-send the OTP. I reported this issue and CS informed me my issue has been fixed. But now I can't even request the OTP since its not accepting my mobile number.
