Worst app on my phone. Awful.
The app after the last update it’s not working. Deleted it and reinstalled it. Still NOTHING! I am unable to go through my cruises and unable to do the check in etc. NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP. Works ok in other devices that I didn’t update the app.
The service in general was poor. We missed lots of stuff. We were not informed correctly. Our room was small and the sheets smelled horrible. My daughter was sick during the trip, and the most awaited stop coco cay was cancelled. The ship looks and feels great very steady and comfortable.
Been on a cruise last year & it was fantastic. The staff were amazing, that’s why we are going back next year
We had a fantastic cruise I was very upset to hear people shouting and swearing at the poor staff on the guest services desk that I went out and bought them some chocolates some people are so rude the staff do not deserve to be treated in this way we found all staff to be very courteous and could not do enough to make our holiday perfect thank you to captain Tony for making the decision to keep your staff us holiday makers and the ship safe and all in one piece👏👏👏👏 A big shout out to our cabin attendant who looked after us in eight two one six and Flavian in the pub and our restaurant Waiter Piliani and assistant waiter Shane the were amazing 👏👏👏👏Thank you

Been trying to check my husband in to cruise over 7 days now. It accepted my data but not his. All it ever says AFTER all the data has been input is “ sorry, we’ve hit a snag, please try later “ I’ve tried in 2 different computers. Tried in the app & also via their link & on the website with no joy. I’ve emailed them twice, had 3 automated “we’ve got your email” & that’s it! Due to leave UK shortly & I’m so frustrated
I’d like to thank everyone especially our room cleaner also Deon the bar man
I have never had a problem before and not sure if it’s because we are doing back to back, but it will not allow me to check in
