I would have put 0 stars if it allowed me. Do not use this app to book taxis. Twice it sent the driver to the wrong place even though I could see the location was spot on. Twice I had to go to them on the same day. Try phoning them to book and you get a automated booking service that put me 10 miles away from where I actually was. Been advised by a driver to use the website instead not the app. And I didn’t get a discount.

Booked a taxi that said it was 4 minutes away. 20 minutes later it was driving AWAY from my location so I cancelled the ride. They charged me £3.50 and refused to refund when I explained what happened. Will never use again.

Keep hiking the prices without telling anyone - my 6 min commute to work has gone up 1.20 per trip. I use this trip twice a day so my overall commute to work expenditure has gone up by 60 quid a month! Get absolutely no benefits for this and with fuel price coming down this is just robbery. Also the quote fare on the app is never the true price.

used this app for about 4 months. During this time the price has increased twice without saying. my trip to and from work takes about 5-7 minutes. this used to cost me 5.30. then they changed the price however, on the app it still said estimated price as 5.30. id get there and be charge £6.50! As if this wasnt enough, today my ride was 5 minutes. estimated price was £6.30, when i got in the car the drivers phone said £7.30 and when he takes pay it takes £7.50. i would love to know how they would justify more than a pound a minute or why they constantly unexpectedly change the price. service majority of the time is very poor and i have been spoke to poorly by a few different drivers. overall very untrustworthy and undeserving company. save your money and use a different service.

Utterly horrible. Seriously? Are there actually any cabs from this app??? Plus, your holding fees charge are even more ridiculous when I cancelled it cause that’s A LOT even if you think is small. What a joke. Save yourself from downloading this horrendous app.

Friendly drivers, most reliable taxi firm in Boro in my opinion

Absolutely terrible waiting 40 mins for a taxi after I already paid by card every 15 mins I keep ringing and they keep saying been delayed another 20 mins it’s a joke I have places to be but as I’ve already paid by card I have to wait and use there taxi otherwise they’ll keep my money and I’ll have to pay for another taxi i definitely won’t be using these scrap taxis again

This is now the third time I have pre booked a taxi for a specific time and they are never here when I need them to be! Twice I almost missed the bus to work cause of the terrible customer service this company has and today I have to take my cat to the vet and once again they are late. If you can use any other taxi service besides this company. I am now deleting this app cause it is pointless and trash

Visiting Middlesbrough for a concert, tried twice to use Royal cabs during our stay as hotel recommended them, both times didn’t turn up, left a group of females stranded in a strange town, desk Clark’s attitude stank….avoid using this company at all cost
