I was so excited to support this business, and received my item is completely soaking wet and irreplaceably damaged. When I asked if I could have a new product shipped to me , they were sere sold out. I asked for a refund because the packaging was prepared in extremely cheap paper allowing contents to get damaged. The inside of the box has no sufficient protective covering inside the box either. Customer service refused my refund, could not ship me a new product, and were incredibly defensive. Please be aware that if something like this happens, they may take no responsibility

My daughters and I have been shopping with Andrew and Will for over a year now. They go above and beyond to try and find things we want. These guys work hard and it’s not right for some troll person to come alone and spread hurtful views on them. Shame on you! If you have a problem with the way they run things then just move along!
