I love this game because I don’t like pressure, but the people designing the ships really need to take a chill pill. 18 nachos on a ship? And half your guild have the same ship? There’s no way to do it.

Great game bad customer service

I’ve been playing this game for about a month now and although it is mostly great, it has a lot of glitches and crashes. When you are competing in the dragon race and go to complete a task sometimes the items you made disappear or the task resets and you are forced to use diamonds(and real $) to make up for it. I contacted support multiple times regarding this unfair/annoying glitch and was basically told to go kick rocks. They did not restore any of the 40+ diamonds I’ve been forced to use, nor did they care about my concern. Wish they would listen and fix the glitches.

Could the player who actually downloaded the game themselves actually choose to place a factory themselves not you not the stupid hand not the stupid fairy godmother but the person who downloaded the game LET THE PLAYER CHOSE WHAT THEY WANT AND WHEN THEY WANT TO PUT THE FACTORIES . We get no choice in this. I’m all the way at level seven. I have not had one choice to do anything in this game by myself. FIX IT 😡. I do not say you need more information because I already gave you all the information information you get..

I am loving this game. But my ipad gets hot real fast.i wish that I could get this on my Kindle fire. You have Farmington there why not this one? Please please release this for the Kindle fire.

New update is sooo bad

Why did you remove the castles in the new update and add two rows of land to the lands that must be cut, the previous design of the land was much better.

Diamonds

Since the update, it lets you buy items that require diamonds without asking if you are sure. The button was off, but I turned it back on and it still does not notify. I accidentally spent over 100 diamonds on items in the store by mistake.
